Elizabethtown College Athletics

In just two years on the team, Sara E. "Sally" (Wenger) Hoober made a big impact. Playing as a forward, Sally scored 20 goals in 16 career games including scored 12 goals in eight games during Elizabethtown's 1961 unbeaten and unscored-upon team.

Over her playing career with the Blue Jays, Sally recorded six multi-goal goals including a four-goal game against Moravian. She was named to the Central Penn First Team 1961.

Sally graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in elementary education.
