Darcy (Hall) Thompson '89 is a native of Hallam, Pa. and a 1985 graduate of Eastern York High School. She was a four-year varsity letterwinner on the women's volleyball team and entered the Ira R. Herr Hall of Fame in 2009.

Hall had an outstanding career with the Blue Jays, one in which she was named to the 1998 All-East Region team. At one time, she held the NCAA Division III record for career service aces with 423.

After graduating from E-town with an occupational therapy degree in 1989, Darcy worked for the Captial Area Intermediate Unit and Pinnacle Home Health as an occupational therapist.

At the time of her induction (Hall) Thompson coached junior varsity girls' volleyball at Lower Dauphin High School in Hummelstown.

She and her husband, Scot, reside in Hummelstown and have three children.
