The fourth leading scorer in Elizabethtown men's basketball history, Ryan C. Billet, scored 1,657 points, culminating with a career-best 20.8 points per game during the 1997-98 season, his senior year.

Billet, of York, Pa., was named MAC Commonwealth League Rookie of the Year in 1994-95 before going on to MAC Commonwealth League First Team honors in 1995-96, 1996-97 and 1997-98. Billet also earned a spot on the All-Mid-Atlantic Region Second Team as a senior. His 183 3-pointers rank second in program history.

Billet started and played in every game for the Blue Jays from his sophomore season on. The York Suburban graduate could handle both the point and shooting guard spots, as well small forward. Billet, a three-year captain, averaged 16.4 points per game as a sophomore and 18.1 as a junior leading up to his career year as a senior.
