Elizabethtown College Athletics

A three-time All-MAC selection and a third team All-American, Confer was a member of the 1999 Middle Atlantic Conference  (MAC) Championship team. In 1999, the team advanced to the second round of the NCAA Division III Tournament. The team captain was also named to the All-Mid-Atlantic Region first team two times. In 2002, Confer was named to the College Sport Communicators Academic All-District first team.
