Larry Bullock '00 was a three-time varsity letterwinner in cross country and a team captain as a junior and senior. Bullock finished as the individual runner-up in his final Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship meet, leading the Blue Jays to their first conference title since 1965 —a span of 34 years. It was the 1999 season that set the table for an unprecedented eight straight MAC Championships by the men's cross country program.
Bullock made the most of his final season at E-town. He claimed all-region honors and ran on the Jays' first NCAA Division III Championship qualifying team.
Like most distance runners, Larry found success on the track as well, winning the 5000-meter run at the 2000 MAC Indoor Championships, and both the 5k and 10k at the 2000 MAC Outdoor Championships.
