A three-time individual MAC Champion, Texter is on the top-10 list in nine events in program history. Her 500-freestyle record from 1999, was only recently broken during the 2022-23 season. Texter's 400 freestyle record from 2001 was also recently broken during the 2022-23 season. Texter is an 11-time All-MAC finisher and was a member of back-to-back MAC Championships. Texter was also a member of the Pi Mu Epsilon Honor Society.
