WLAX opener postponed

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – Wednesday's season opener for the Elizabethtown College women's lacrosse team has been postponed until Friday, Feb. 26, at 3 p.m.

The Blue Jays were scheduled to take on Immaculata at Wolf Field, but the threat of afternoon thunderstorms forced the teams to find an alternative date. Following the season and home openers Friday, E-town will travel to Bayamon, Puerto Rico, to face Mount Union and St. John Fisher on Feb. 29 and March 1.
