Rachael Waldman made 25 saves in two Commonwealth Conference Tournament games to lead the Elizabethtown women's lacrosse team to a second straight conference title Saturday afternoon.

Waldman made a number of critical saves under pressure in upset victories over No. 19 Messiah and No. 15 Stevenson.

In the Jays' semifinal game at Messiah Wednesday, Waldman was tasked with facing 41 shots, one shy of a season-high. She set a new season-high, and tied a career-high, with 17 saves in Elizabethtown's 17-15 victory.

Saturday at Stevenson, Waldman, from Belmar, N.J., stopped eight shots and kept the Mustangs off the board for 23:16 over parts of both halves. She was named tournament co-MVP after the Blue Jays secured a 14-12 win to earn an automatic berth into the NCAA Division III Tournament and halt Stevenson's 16-game winning streak.
