Junior forward Joe Schwalm of the men's basketball team averaged 14.5 points per game over the past week as the Jays split conference games against Lycoming and Hood. Schwalm scored 12 points and totaled five rebounds in E-town's 88-71 loss to Lycoming last Wednesday. He backed up that solid effort with 17 points and five boards in a 65-64 victory against Hood Saturday at Thompson Gymnasium.

Schwalm, from Halifax, Pa., currently leads the team in scoring at 13.8 points per game, and ranks third in rebounds at 4.8 per game.
