Junior Zach Trama looked to be back in old form after suffering through an injury at the end of XC season Saturday at the Maryland-hosted Terrapin Invitational.

Trama was the Jays' top place finisher on the day, taking runner-up honors to American's Tom Woermer in the 3,000-meter run. Trama ran the fifth-fastest time in school history with an 8:45.55. The West Chester native then anchored the second of the E-town 4x400-meter relays.
