MADISON, NJ.—The Elizabethtown baseball team won the final game of the Landmark Conference series, 9-1 at Drew on Sunday.

Justin Marraccini earned the win on mound pitching seven innings tallying four strikeouts while Caeden Schulte recorded five strikeouts.

David Woolley went 2-5 with two runs, a RBI, and a double. Nick Fiorini went 2-4 with a run, two RBIs, and a double. Tommy Kanakos went 2-4 with two runs.

After four scoreless innings, Etown put up two runs in the fourth. Mason Woolwine led off the inning with a walk and then scored off Fiorini's double to right field. Fiorini then scored off Jake Ruple's single to right field. The Rangers cut Etown's lead in the bottom of the inning, 2-1. The Blue Jays tacked on two more runs in the fifth to lead, 4-1.

Etown ended their scoring run in the sixth as they recorded five runs on three hits. With the bases loaded the Blue Jays were able to score their next three runs. With the bases still loaded, Alex McClain hit a two-RBI single to left field.

The final innings went quick as Etown was able to pull off the 9-1 win over Drew.

Etown opens up at home on Wednesday against Hood.
