ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College women's lacrosse team was held to one goal in Saturday's Landmark Conference battle with visiting Scranton. The Royals won the game 17-1.
Scranton (5-6, 2-0 Landmark) led 3-0 after the first quarter and put up five more goals in the second to take a commanding 8-0 lead into halftime. They outshot the Jays 20-11 in the first half of play.

Sam Deiaco got Elizabethtown (5-6, 1-1 Landmark) on the board. Scranton led 13-1 after three.
Alayna Trynosky had nine saves in the game for Etown.
Rachel Murphy made one save.
Drew Bridges had a team-high six ground balls while Deiaco grabbed four draw controls.
Elizabethtown plays at Susquehanna on Saturday, April 8, at 1 p.m.
