ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.-- The Elizabethtown men's basketball team led, 43-42 in the first half against Drew before falling, 81-74 in a Landmark Conference game. 
Shooting 51.6% from the field in the first half, Elizabethtown trailed Drew, 10-9 after a three from 
Rance Russo five minutes into play. Etown stayed within two of the Rangers after a layup from 
Dylan Rowe and a three from 
Austin Finarelli. At the 11:26 minute mark, Drew had gained a six-point lead before points from 
Tyreke Herbert and Rowe brought the Blue Jays within two. Midway through the first half a Rowe layup brought the score to, 25-22 Drew. Three fastbreak runs from Drew kept the Rangers in the lead by six points. With three minutes remaining in the half, Finarelli sunk a three to come within three points of the Rangers. Two jumpers by 
Jalin Robinson brought the Blue Jays within one. A fastbreak by 
EJ Finney and three made free-throws by 
Niko Georgelis gave Etown the 43-42 lead at halftime. 
Three minutes into the second half, Drew tied up the game, 47-47. After some quick back and forth, a layup from Rowe put Etown out in front, 56-55. Midway through the half, the game was again tied at 60-60 after a Herbert layup. Two consecutive Blue Jay layups extended Etown's lead by four points. For the next three minutes the score was tight before Drew led, 71-68 at the 2:46 minute mark. Drew jumped to a nine-point lead with a minute remaining. In the final minute of play, the team's traded free-throws with Drew coming out on top, 81-74. 
Rowe led the team with 24 points as he went 12-16 in field goals while also grabbing eight rebounds. Russo totaled 14 points, going 7-7 in free-throws while Robinson totaled 13 points. Etown held a .444 field goal percentage while Drew just shot slightly under at .429. The Blue Jays tallied 46 points in the paint. 
Elizabethtown will travel to Goucher on Saturday, February 18th at 4PM for their final game of the season.
