MADISON, N.J. -- The Elizabethtown College women's lacrosse team had a lead on Drew in each half of Saturday's Landmark Conference matchup at Ranger Stadium. The Rangers were able to tie up the game at halftime and then make a second comeback in the second half to earn the win, 15-11, over the Blue Jays.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Elizabethtown (5-9, 2-3 Landmark) got off to a 4-1 lead thanks to two goals each from
Madelyn Baker and
Lexie Sharp.
- Sharp had a hat trick by the 13:48 mark of the first half. Her third goal of the game made it 5-2 for the Blue Jays.
- Drew (13-2, 3-2 Landmark) scored five of the game's next seven goals to tie the game 7-7 with 7:51 to go in the half.

Kate Ziegler and Baker score back-to-back goals a minute and a half apart to put E-town back ahead.
- The Rangers' Kendall Hartt and Hailey Simmons both scored a goal apiece in the final 5:06 to send the game to the break tied at 9-9.
- Ziegler had each of the first two scores of the second half, her 44th and 45th of the season, to put Elizabethtown back in front by two, 11-9.
- From there, it was all Drew as the Rangers held E-town scoreless while scoring six to make it 15-11.
- Kat Michalski made nine saves for Drew while
Abby Kopytko had 15 in goal for the Jays.
