Lawson becomes two-time All-Mid-Atlantic Region honoree

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Two-time Landmark Conference First Team, two-time Landmark Conference Offensive Player of the Year, and now Lydia Lawson has become a two-time United Soccer Coaches Division III All-Mid-Atlantic Region honoree for the Elizabethtown College women's soccer team. Lawson was named to the Third Team for a second consecutive year.

Lawson, a junior, had a career-year up top for the Blue Jays with 16 goals and 7 assists for 39 points. She was the Landmark's leading goal scorer and point producer and ranked nationally in multiple offensive categories.

She is the 16th player in women's soccer program history to be named all-region multiple times and the first since Kaceyanne Cerankowski in 2014 and 2015.

Lawson was one of nine players from the Landmark Conference to appear on one of the three all-region teams.
