TOWSON, Md. -- Charity Good and Emma Christman scored goals as Elizabethtown remained unbeaten in Landmark Conference play and extended its winning streak to five games with a 2-0 win at Goucher Saturday.

Good opened the scoring at 17:52 of the first half, taking a Megan Eppley pass and sending it past Goucher goalie Liz Zengel for her seventh of the season.

The Blue Jays (9-4, 5-0 Landmark) fired plenty Zengel's way in the second half, with 11 of their 15 shots coming after intermission.

Goucher (7-7, 2-3) could only manage three shots against the Jays over 70 minutes of play. Hannah Mack stopped three second half shots, while Margo Donlin started and played the first 35 minutes. Elizabethtown's shutout was its third of the season.

In the final minute of play, Christman scored her career-high eighth goal of the year. The junior from Kimberton, Pennsylvania, had scored seven goals in both her freshman and sophomore seasons.

E-town is a game up on Catholic and Susquehanna, which are both 4-1 in the conference, heading into the final two weeks of the regular season.

The Blue Jays host Susquehanna on Senior Day next Saturday, Oct. 22, at 3 p.m.
