Alex Holbert also drew a walk and also stole second. Luke Gatti singled him home with a one-out base knock up the middle to tie the game at 2-2. It was Gatti's 28th RBI of the season.

Elizabethtown (16-8, 7-5 Landmark) scored four runs on five hits in the second inning. Aaron Rahn and Frank Canuso reached base to start off the inning. Austin Kibler moved them up a base with a sac bunt and Fackler scored Rahn on an RBI double to right center. Tyler Weary and Gatti also had RBI hits in the second as E-town was out to a 6-2 lead.

The Eagles got three of those runs back in the next half inning to make it a one-run game, but the Jays' bullpen shut them down after that point.

The baseball team will travel to face York (Pa.) on Thursday, April 9 for a nine-inning non-conference game at 6 p.m.
