Jared Sernoffsky is in his fourth season as an assistant coach with the Elizabethtown College wrestling program in 2014-15.

In, 2011-12, his first season with the team, the Blue Jays went 11-6 in duals and finished fourth at the Metropolitan Wrestling Conference Championships. Two wrestlers, Quint Eno (165) and Bill Meaney (197), won conference titles and followed them up with All-America finishes at the NCAA Division III Championships in La Crosse, Wis.

Sernoffsky, whose father, Mike, has been the head wrestling coach at Elizabethtown Area High School since the 1983-84 season, won 100 matches (100-30) at EAHS, before wrestling at Division I Duke University, in Durham, N.C.

Sernoffsky won 32 matches over four years for the Blue Devils, but continually had to battle injuries throughout his collegiate career. He graduated in 2011 with a B.A. in psychology.

While at EAHS, he won the Lancaster-Lebanon League 152-pound title in 2006 and qualified for the PIAA state tournament that same year. He went on to finish fourth in the weight class at states.

Eno, a 2012 Elizabethtown College grad, was a high school teammate of Sernoffsky. Former Blue Jay assistant coaches, J.P. and Luke Stauffer, wrestled at EAHS for Sernoffsky's dad.
