Outside of volleyball, Kreider has navigated a varied professional career. Highlights include thirteen years as a Human Resources manager with AT&T and currently operating his own business as a personal financial advisor with Ameriprise Financial. Gary is a 1973 graduate of Penn State University and earned an MBA from St. Joseph's University in 1990. Parents of two grown children, Gary and his wife Marcia continue their parenting with two additional young children at home.
