2014-15 (Graduate Student): Focused efforts exclusively on distance freestyle events during her graduate year and was rewarded with a seventh-place swim in the 1650-yard freestyle at the Landmark Conference Championships Feb. 15...Advanced to the B Final in the 500 free at the Landmark Championships with the 11th fastest time in preliminaries, and finished 12th with a time of 5:34.62...Clocked in at 5:32.65 in the 500 free prelims at the Landmark Championships, a season best...Earned 17 individual points at the conference championship meet, while also contributing to 56 relay points as a member of fifth-place finishing teams in the 400 medley and 800 free...Finished 17th in the 200 free at the Landmark Championships Feb. 14...Enjoyed a great dual season, winning at least one race in all nine regular season meets...Claimed five victories in the 1000 free and another two in the comparable 800-meter free...Pulled off a trifecta of wins against Drew Nov. 21, taking the 1000 free, 200 free and 500 free...Accomplished that feat again in the Jays' very next meet, Nov. 25 at Lebanon Valley, with wins in the 800m free, 200m free and 400m free...Swept the distance free events five times in 2014-15...Established a new career best time of 2:06.21 in winning the 200 free against Drew Nov. 21...Earned a spot on the Landmark Winter Academic Honor Roll...Named to the Landmark All-Sportsmanship Team...Voted team's co-Most Valuable Swimmer at season end banquet.
2013-14 (Senior): Logged her third consecutive top 10 finish in the 1650-yard freestyle at MAC Championships, finishing 10th...B Final qualifier in the 500 free at MAC Championships, placing 15th...Also competed in the 200 free, 200 free relay and 400 free relay at MACs...Had the best dual season of her career, winning 15 individual races and another five in relays...Won multiple events in six duals, including three wins against Arcadia (Nov. 2), at Drew (Nov. 22), versus Lebanon Valley (Nov. 26) and at King's (Pa.) (Feb. 1)...Started the season with back-to-back wins in the 500 and 1000 free...Swept the distance races in five duals...Set a new career-best time in the 200 free with a 2:07.89 against FDU-Florham Nov. 16...Also established a new quick time in the 1000 free, finishing in 11:18.63 to win the event at Drew Nov. 22...Member of E-town's fastest 200 free (1:44.68), 800 free (8:18.71) and 200 medley (2:00.70) relay teams...Received MAC Winter Academic Honor Roll recognition for the second time in her career.
2012-13 (Junior): Did not compete during her junior season due to studying abroad.
2011-12 (Sophomore): Scored points in both distance freestyle events at the 2012 MAC Championships, finishing seventh in the 1650 and 15th in the 500...Seven-time race winner during the dual season with four victories in the 500 free and three in the 1000 free...Came within .55 of her career-best time in the 500 free against FDU-Florham Nov. 19, winning the event with a 5:30.89...Cut almost seven seconds off 1000 time from her freshman season with a new career-fast 11:18.81 at York (Pa.) Dec. 10...Named to the MAC Winter Academic Honor Roll.
2010-11 (Freshman): Silver medalist and All-MAC First Team in the 1650-yard freestyle (18:39.37) at the MAC Championships Feb. 13...Became the first Elizabethtown women's swimmer to medal in the 1650 since Brooke Knepper won gold at the 2000 MAC Championships...Finished sixth in the 800 free relay Feb. 12 at the MAC Championships (8:37.48) with teammates Courtney Kelly, Megan Leppo and Stephanie Hellman to be named All-MAC Second Team in the event...Qualified for the 500-yard freestyle B Final at the MAC Championships, finishing 10th with a season-best time of 5:30.34...Team leader in the 500 free (5:30.34), 1000 free (11:25.48), 1650 free and 100 backstroke (1:07.39)...Also was third quick on the team in the 200 back (2:29.56) and fourth in the 200 free (2:09.72)...Swam the opening leg on the Blue Jays' fastest 400 medley relay team (4:24.71) at the MAC Championships.
High School: Four-year varsity letterwinner and member of the swimming team at Easton Area High School...Coached by Earl Page...Outside of the pool, Cosgrove raised seeing eye dogs.
