2013 (senior): Appeared in 17 games, starting seven...Starter in the final six games...Had an assist for her only point on March 16 versus No. 13 Catholic...Collected a season-high three ground balls and a caused turnover on April 13 at No. 14 Messiah...Tied for eighth on the team in ground balls with 18...Also had five caused turnovers and two draw controls on the season.

2012 (junior): Missed most of the season with a knee injury...Played in three games...Recorded a groundball in the 19-6 Commonwealth Conference Semifinal victory over Lebanon Valley on May 2.

2011 (sophomore): Fletcher scored her first career points on a goal and an assist in a win at Eastern on March 24...The goal was her only shot of the year...Appeared in 18-of-20 games, all in a reserve role...Eighth on the team in draw controls with 14...Secured 15 ground balls, including three each in games against Eastern (March 24) and Manhattanville (April 2)...Season-high four draw controls came against Lebanon Valley on April 26.

2010 (freshman): Played in 18 games off the bench for E-town…picked up 16 ground balls…caused five turnovers…Made collegiate debut on March 5 in 21-1 win over Arcadia.

High School: Three-sport athlete at Academy of the Holy Cross who competed in lacrosse, field hockey and basketball…Received seven varsity letters…Earned honorable mention All-Washington Catholic Athletic Conference honors in lacrosse as a senior…Named Gazette Newspaper's "Player to Watch"…Field hockey team won WCAC title in 2006 and 2008…Earned first team All-American honors in field hockey as a senior…Second team All-American as a junior.
