Ron Moore is in his fourth season of assisting the women's basketball program in 2023-24.
He has stepped into a storied program and helped lead the Blue Jays to back-to-back NCAA Div. III Tournament Appearances in 2021-22 and 2022-23.
Moore has been with Elizabethtown throughout two 20-win seasons, and has coached 4 Landmark all-conference selections, a Player of the Year, and a Rookie of the Year.
In conference play, Moore has helped the Blue Jays reach the postseason in both of his seasons, reaching the conference championship in 2022-23.
