Marissa Emlet DuBois '20 is in her fourth season as an assistant coach with the Blue Jays in 2025-26.

Emlet spent four years as a player under head coach Veronica Nolt from 2016-17 to 2019-20, reaching the conference playoffs each year as a student-athlete for the Blue Jays. 

After graduating, Emlet returned as an assistant in 2022-23 and helped the Blue Jays reach the NCAA Div. III Tournament, the second straight season with an NCAA Tournament berth. Elizabethtown also reached the Landmark Conference championship game in 2022-23 and finished the year with 23 wins.
