Career Highlights: Four All-MAC performances...Began his track & field career with a bronze medal in the 5000m at the 2013 MAC Indoor Championships, finishing in 15:36.62...Collected his second medal, a silver, at the 2013 MAC Outdoor Championships by finishing second in the 5000m at 15:35.55 behind teammate Zach Trama...Holds the eighth-fastest time in the indoor 5000m at 15:13.77, set at the Seamus McElligott Invitational held at Haverford College...He set the freshman record in the 5000m with his 14:47.06 at the Bison Outdoor Classic on April 13, 2013, the fourth-best time in school history (2012-13)...Ran the fourth-fastest 3000m time (8:44.86) in indoor history on Feb. 1, 2014 at the Bison Open & Multi...Won two medals (silver, bronze) at the 2014 MAC Indoor Championships before missing the outdoor season due to injury (2013-14)...Fifth in school history in the 10,000m at 31:24.58, run on April 16, 2016 at the Bison Outdoor Classic...2016 Landmark Outdoor 5000m champion...10,000m runner-up to teammate Sam Cooper...Two All-Landmark performances (one First Team, one Second Team) (2015-16).
