2014 (Senior): E-town undisputed leader...Competed at eight meets, the most of any runner on the team...Finished second to Zach Trama in the season-opening meet at home on Aug. 30...Claimed his second top 10 finish on Sept. 20th at the Dickinson Long Course Invitational, taking sixth in 26:20.20 (8k)...In his following race, ran an 8k PR (25:35.8) and taking 25th at the Geneoseo Invitational on Oct. 4...Third top 20 came on Oct. 18 at the Princeton Invitational...Ran sub-26 for the second straight meet after having not run under that mark prior to this season...Landmark Conference individual champion on Nov. 1 at the league's championship meet...Earned his second all-conference First Team honor after being Second Team last season...Took 18th and ran to his first All-Mideast Region finish by running 25:39.9...Qualified individually for the NCAA Division III Championships, his first time running at the national meet...Finished 217th and ran 26:03.7 at the NCAA DIII Championships...His three top 10 finishes were the most on the team...Named Landmark Conference Men's XC Senior Scholar Athlete...Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Junior): One of the Blue Jays' top runners on the season...Three top 10 and five top 20 finishes in six meets he competed in...Started off the 2013 season with a third-place finish at Gettysburg with a new 5k PR of 16:43...Won his first collegiate cross country race two weeks later at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Alumni Challenge...Beat out 72 other runners by running a new 6k PR of 19:56.28...His time of 27:33.2 at the Hood College Open on Oct. 26 was good for second overall...Ran to All-MAC Second Team honors at the Middle Atlantic Conference championship meet by placing 19th (27:48.48)...Was four seconds shy of matching his all-time best in an 8k at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional...He finished 55th at 26:05...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2012 (Sophomore): Settled into the lineup as a consistent No. 3 runner...Put together consecutive top 10 finishes at the Misericordia Cougar Classic on Sept. 15 (seventh) and Dickinson Short Course Invitational on Sept. 29 (sixth)...Knocked well over a minute off his best 6k and 8k times from his freshman year...Season-best finish was a fifth-place at the MAC Championships Oct. 27...Top 8k time was 26:01.10 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble Oct. 13...Garnered All-MAC First Team honors...Ran for the Jays in the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional meet at Dickinson, finishing 45th.

2011 (Freshman): Made E-town debut at season-opening LVC Dutchmen Invite on Sept. 10, finishing 26th...Season-best result was a fourth-place at the Elizabethtown Battle for the Buggy on Oct. 22 (22:09.91)...Came home 30th at MAC Championships...Best race on time at standard 8000-meter distance was 27:52, which he ran at the Princeton Invitational on Oct. 15.

Personal: Born Feb. 16, 1993...Middle of three children...Both siblings are sisters...Engineering major with a mathematics minor.
