2014 (Junior): Remained one of Elizabethtown's top runners...Won his first XC race in the season opener on Aug. 30...Had five top-20 finishes and one top-ten...Set a new 8,000-meter personal best by running 25:28.5 on Oct. 4 at the Geneseo Invitational...Took 13th overall at that meet...Was 11th at the Landmark Conference Championships, his second all-conference finish in a row...Earned All-Landmark Second Team honors...Ran in his third NCAA DIII Mideast Regional...Had the team's top 6k and 8k times...Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Sophomore): Stepped up and became the Blue Jays' top runner, turning in two top 10 and three top 20 performances...Finished second behind teammate Matt Shenk in the opening meet of the season at Gettysburg...Took 14th (19:53) at the Galen E. Piper Alumni Open (Shippensburg) and 12th (20:35.93) at the Elizabethtown Blue Jay Alumni Challenge on Sept. 14...Led E-town at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble by taking 16th overall out of 286 runners...Team-best fourth-place finish at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships on Nov. 2...Earned All-MAC First Team accolades for the first time in his cross country career...Capped off his season in style by running a new PR in an 8k race (25:35) at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional meet, where he placed 30th overall to also earn All-Mideast Region honors...MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll selection and chosen to the inaugural MAC Academic All-Conference Team for men's cross country.

2012 (Freshman): Recovered from injuries at the start of the season to run in four races for the Jays...Made debut Sept. 29 at the Dickinson Short Course Invitational, finishing 24th...Top time of 26:18.50 in an 8,000-meter race at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble Oct. 13...Competed at both the MAC Championships and the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional.

High School: All-Ches-Mont League choice in cross country as a junior and senior...Finished 14th overall and boosted team to a third place finish at 2011 Ches-Mont Cross Country Championships...Owner of 12 varsity letters...Ran for coaches Kareem Lanier and Scott Stephen...Also a member of the indoor and outdoor track teams...Best 5k at West Chester East was a 16:32...Was Vice President of the Italian Honor Society...Active in jazz band, honors wind ensemble and Music Honor Society (treasurer)...Inducted into the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Mark and Joan Trama...Has a pair of identical twin older brothers, Luke and Scott...Luke ran XC and track at Susquehanna and Scott competed in the same sports for Bloomsburg...His mom, Joan, did gymnastics at West Chester...Actuarial science major with an economics minor.
