Ben Schlosser completed his seventh season as an assistant coach with the Elizabethtown College men's basketball team in 2016-17.

A 2008 Elizabethtown grad, Schlosser played under his father, Blue Jays head coach Bob Schlosser, from 2005-08 and joined the coaching staff starting with the 2010-11 season.

In Schlosser's first season as an assistant, Elizabethtown went 16-8, narrowly missing the Commonwealth Conference Tournament.

Schlosser appeared in 36 games for the Jays, hitting a pair of 3-pointers and grabbing five rebounds while dishing out four assists during his senior season. In high school, he was a member of Lancaster Catholic's 2002-03 PIAA Class AAA state championship team.

Schlosser is the oldest of three boys in the family. Younger brother, Sam, is an assistant coach with the men's team at Penn State Harrisburg, and youngest brother, Will, played for the Blue Jays from 2011-15, before spending the last two seasons as a graduate assistant coach at NCAA Division III Springfield (Mass.) College.
