Lauren Voigt began her first season as Head Coach for the Elizabethtown field hockey team in 2023 and entered her 11th season on the Blue Jays staff. 

The Blue Jays have amassed a 58-35 overall record and appeared in three conference championship games during Voigt's tenure. In 2016, Etown captured its first Landmark Conference championship and the qualified for the NCAA Division III Field Hockey Championship tournament, hosting Kenyon in a First Round game.

Voigt played collegiately at Messiah College from 2007-10, setting career-highs in goals (five), assists (two) and points (12) as a sophomore.

The State College, Pennsylvania, native was a member of Falcon teams that won Commonwealth Conference championships in each of her four seasons. Messiah finished as the national runner-up in 2009 and 2010.

Voigt was a Tri-Valley First Team All-Star as a senior and a two-time Mountain League First Team All-Star at State College Area High School.

Voigt earned her bachelor's degree in health and exercise science from Messiah in 2011.
