2013 (Senior): A starter for all 20 games...Had a knack for scoring early in games...Finished with a career high in goals (seven), which was fourth on the team...Also had a career-high 16 points, fifth on the team...Her seven goals came on just 21 shots, a .333 shooting percentage...Scored her first goal of the season in the fourth minute on Sept. 14 at home versus Delaware Valley, the first of four first-half goals for E-town in a 5-0 shutout victory...Opened the scoring on Sept. 24 at York (Pa.) with her goal in the third minute of the game...Had two goals in a wild 5-3 win over Stevenson at Wolf Field on Oct. 15...Put the Jays up 3-1 by deflecting in the ball in the 22nd minute...After a furious comeback by the Mustangs to make it 4-3, she gave E-town a two-goal cushion with a goal in the 69th minute...Her sixth-minute goal on Oct. 23 versus Hood was the first of eight unanswered by the Jays in an 8-0 rout...Added two helpers in that game, assisting on two of Kaylee Werner's three goals...Scored on a rebound in the third minute against Susquehanna on Nov. 2 in the regular season finale...Recorded a goal in her final game for E-town, the Commonwealth Conference Final versus Messiah.

2012 (Junior): Came into the 2012 season without a goal, but developed into the team's clutch-goal scorer...Found the back of the cage six times, which tied her for the team lead in that category...Team leader in game-winning goals with four...Also tied for third in the Commonwealth Conference in game-winning goals...Notched two assists to finish the year with 14 points, tied for fourth most on the team...Played in —and started— a career-high 20 games...Opened the scoring at Muhlenberg Sept. 1, as the Jays beat the Mules 2-0...Stunned Delaware Valley on Oct. 4 when she started a three-goal rally for E-town with a goal in the 21st minute and ended it by scoring the game-winner with just under 20 seconds to play...Was also the difference maker with game-winning goals in 2-1 victories at Arcadia (Oct. 13) and at Lebanon Valley in the CC Semifinals (Nov. 2)...Successful on 33-percent of her shot attempts (6 goals on 18 shots).

2011 (Junior): Started the first four games of the season, before suffering a season-ending injury against Stevenson Sept. 13...Recorded two shots against No. 18 Catholic Sept. 10...Aided the Jays in wins over Muhlenberg on 9/3, and Stevenson on 9/13...Received medical hardship.

2010 (Sophomore): Took the field in 15-of-19 contests for the Blue Jays...Recorded six shots in her appearances, four of which were on goal...Fired two shots, both on goal, against No. 2 Lebanon Valley on Oct. 26...E-town outscored its opponents 48-26 in games which Fletcher played.

2009 (Freshman): Appeared in two games...First game action as a collegiate player came against Arcadia on Oct. 20...Did not register an offensive statistic.

High School: Played field hockey, basketball and lacrosse...Recognized with seven varsity letters...In field hockey, Fletcher helped the Tartans reach the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) Championship game in each of her four years on the team...Team claimed WCAC titles in 2006 and 2008...Racked up First Team All-American field hockey honors as a senior in 2008 and second team honors as a junior in 2007...Served as a team captain during her senior season...Played in the senior all-star game...Lacrosse team advanced to the WCAC Championship twice...Chosen as a "Player to Watch" by the Gazette Newspaper in lacrosse...Named team's Most Valuable Player following her junior season...Off-the-field activities included working at St. Ann's Infant & Maternity Home, Adopt-A-Grandparent, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), Kids Enjoy Exercise Now (K.E.E.N.), Sheppards Table and Joe's Ride "Remembering Olney's Kids".
