High School: Competed on the baseball and golf teams at Hamburg Area High School, earning seven varsity letters...Coached by Nick Evangelista (baseball) and Clark Zimmerman (golf)...Baseball team advanced to the Berks League semifinals and the District 3-AAA quarterfinals...Hit a pair of doubles for the Hawks in their 6-3 first round district victory over Manheim Central May 20, 2013, and had two more in a 3-1 district quarterfinal loss to Littlestown May 25...Reached the Berks League quarterfinals and the District 3-AAA playoffs as a junior when his team went 17-5 (10-2 Berks III)...The Hawks won three Berks League division titles in four seasons with Lenkiewicz on the team...Named All-Berks Division II as a senior...All-Berks Division III Honorable Mention his junior year...Three-year team captain...Racked up 68 doubles and a .438 batting average over three varsity seasons...Heavily involved in off-the-field activities, where he was a National Honor Society member, president of science olympiad, MTG club and engineering and science club, vice president of the physics club and treasurer of the chemistry club.
