2014 (Senior): Evolved from reserve to starter –and one of the team's tri-captains– in taking the floor for all 32 matches...Set new career-highs in many categories, including: matches played, sets played (117), aces (29), digs (391) and digs/set (3.34)...Led the Jays in digs and ranked fifth in the Landmark Conference...Sixth in the league in digs per set...Topped 20 digs for the first time in her career Oct. 14 versus Albright...Registered a career-high 25 digs to go along with five assists and two aces in a Senior Day win over Lycoming Nov. 1...Finished the season with double-digit digs in 13 consecutive matches...Reached double figures in digs in 23-of-32 matches...Named to the Landmark Fall Academic Honor Roll and the Landmark Volleyball All-Sportsmanship Team...2014-15 female recipient of the Dr. Claire R. McCollough Award, given to student-athletes who persevere and improve over the course of their careers.
2013 (Junior): Totaled 13 service aces while playing in 20 matches...Ended the season with 33 digs, four kills and two assists...Had a season-high three aces and four digs at Wilkes Oct. 5...Went seven straight matches with at least one ace from Oct. 5-22...Connected for three kills on five attempts and added an ace in a 3-0 sweep at Alvernia Oct. 22...Earned a spot on the MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll.
2012 (Sophomore): Did not play.
2011 (Freshman): Appeared in 17-of-28 matches and 40 sets as a rookie...Third on the team with 2.25 digs per set and seventh in total digs with 90...Season-high 22 digs in E-town's 3-1 win over Goucher Oct. 22...Hit double figures in digs in three matches...Recorded first career service ace and five digs at Lebanon Valley Sept. 14.
High School: Participated in volleyball and track while at Palmyra...Was a member of the inaugural varsity volleyball team in 2010, the first year the school district sponsored the sport...It was a successful rookie campaign for the Cougars, as Cook helped them to a 13-6 record and a spot in the PIAA District III Class AA Tournament...Named Most Valuable Player of the Flames Fall Invitational...Served as senior class secretary (class of 2011)...Active in Key Club, Honors Spanish Club and student council...National Honor Society member.
