Makenna Mummert WBCA All-Star Game 031726

Mummert selected for WBCA Div. III Collegiate All-Star Game

ATLANTA, Ga. -- Senior Makenna Mummert added another honor to her resume on Tuesday after being selected for the WBCA Div. III Collegiate All-Star Game. It is the second straight year the Elizabethtown College women's basketball team has been represented at the event.

Mummert is one of 20 senior student-athletes nationally chosen to participate in the 2026 Women's Collegiate All-Star Game presented by the WBCA, which will be played at 1 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 21, at the Cregger Center on the campus of Roanoke College in Salem, Virginia. The game will be held prior to the NCAA Division III women's basketball national championship.

It is yet another honor for Mummert, who had a career year capped off with multiple postseason awards, including all-conference and all-region awards, in addition to today's announcement of her inclusion in the All-Star Game. Summer McNulty '25 was selected last year for the Blue Jays.

All-stars were selected by a committee of NCAA Division III head women's basketball coaches, all of whom are members of the WBCA. Players were nominated by WBCA member coaches from across the country.

The 20 all-stars are divided into two 10-player teams for the exhibition contest. The two teams include Team Shibles, which will be coached by Adrienne Shibles, former head coach of Bowdoin College. The opposing squad, Team Crutchfield, will be coached by Anne Crutchfield, former head coach of Emory & Henry University.
