TOWSON, Md.-- Elizabethtown College women's volleyball libero, Lucy Stern was named Landmark Conference Defensive Athlete of the Week for the third time in her career, Tuesday. 

In the Blue Jays opening matches, Stern helped the team go 2-0 on Friday against host York (Pa.) and Penn St.-Mont Alto. 

Across the two matches the senior grabbed 44 digs while tallying 6.29 digs per set. In the opening match against York, Stern totaled a career-high 27 digs. Against Penn St.-Mont Alto, Stern totaled 17 digs. 

Etown is on the road tonight to face Lancaster Bible and then will travel to Messiah on Thursday, September 4 at 7 pm.
