HUNTINGDON, Pa. -- 14 different players scored as the Elizabethtown College men's lacrosse team took it to Juniata Wednesday night in a 25-2 win.
Tristan Coleman had a game-high nine points.
The Blue Jays were off and running right away as
Lucca Scomillio scored two of his three goals in the game within the first four minutes of play.
Juniata cut it to 2-1, but Elizabethtown ran off seven straight to finish out the first quarter with a 9-1 edge.
Etown's defense did its job, only giving up one goal in the first and third quarters while shutting out the Eagles in the other two. They led 15-1 at halftime.
Graham Lindsay recorded his first career goal in the third quarter.
Blake Gipko and
Ben Rada registered their first for Etown in the fourth quarter with the game well in hand.
Coleman led the way with six goals and three assists. Scomillio,
Jake Woodworth, and
Reese Levinson each had hat trick.
Finn Kristan had game-high four assists for the Jays.
Brayden Franey played 30 minutes and made five saves.
Christian Schrader and
Kyle Miller each played a quarter. Schrader had three saves and Miller made two.
Graham Temple went 6-for-6 on face offs while
Chance Milhorn and
Logan Rolles each won five.
Elizabethtown will host Drew on Saturday, April 5, at 1 p.m.
