MADISON, N.J. -- The Elizabethtown College women's soccer team and Drew finished in a scoreless tie Tuesday night at Ranger Stadium.

Ella Smith was needed in the early moments of the game to make her first of three saves on the night as she stopped Maeve O'Murchu's shot in the second minute of play.

The Blue Jays managed three shots over the first 45 minutes, but none were recorded on goal.

Skylar Mumford had a team-high four shots for Elizabethtown and her 64th minute effort was saved by Sarah Crowley. At the other end, Smith denied Maddie Gottschling's opportunity in the 69th minute. The sophomore made another stop two minutes later to keep it 0-0.

A last chance from Sky Shinnen didn't go and the Blue Jays wound up with a road point.

Elizabethtown plays at Goucher on Saturday, October 25, at 1 p.m.
