SCRANTON, Pa. - The Elizabethtown College men's tennis team fell to Scranton, 9-0, in Landmark Conference action Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, the Blue Jays fall to 0-4 overall and 0-2 in the Landmark, while the Royals improve to 1-8 on the season and 1-0 in conference play.

After battling through doubles, falling 8-3, 8-3, and 8-2, Senior John Hanson highlighted Etown's efforts at singles, dueling with freshman John Sinclair at #3 singles before falling 7-6, 6-3.

With tomorrow's match against Penn State Abington postponed, the Blue Jays will resume play on Saturday, April 9 at Goucher. Opening serve is set for 1 p.m.
