WASHINGTON, DC.-- The Elizabethtown men's tennis team dropped a Landmark Conference match at Catholic on Sunday. The Blue Jays were swept, 0-7.
At no.1 doubles,
Stefanos Billis and
Austin Kohler kept it close but fell short, 3-6. The teams of
Zachary Hinkel &
Ryan Kraychik and
Brian Hall &
Connor Gurekovich both fell, 1-6 at no.2 and no.3 doubles.
At no.1 singles, Billis fell 1-6, 0-6. Kohler tried to keep it tight at no.1 singles but he fell, 3-6, 3-6. At no.3, Kraychik was swept 0-6, 0-6. At no.4, Hall dropped his match 1-6, 0-6. Gurekovich kept the first set close at 4-6 but then was blanked 0-6 in set two at no.5 singles. At no.6 singles, Hinkel fell 0-6, 1-6.
Etown will end their fall season at Susquehanna this coming Saturday at 1 pm.
