TOWSON, Md. – After strong start to the Elizabethtown College spring break trip, senior Derek Manning was named Landmark Conference Baseball Athlete of the Week, announced by the Organization Monday afternoon.

The East Petersburg, Pa. native combined for three doubles, three RBI and three runs scored in the Blue Jays two victories over Wilkes on Sunday (12-1, 5-4).

Manning is tied for the conference lead with four doubles on the season and is batting .333 with a .353 on-base percentage and slugging .600 on the season.

The Blue Jays return to action on Thursday, Mar. 5 in Florida against Muskingum. First pitch of game one is set for 10 a.m.
