ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – The Elizabethtown College wrestling team pushed its winning streak to three straight matches, topping King's, 41-6, on Senior Day.
With the win, the Blue Jays improve to 3-2 on the season, while the Monarchs fall to 1-10 overall.
After grabbing an early 6-0 advantage with a forfeit at 125 pounds, junior
Josh McLaughlin pushed the Elizabethtown's lead to 10-0 with a 15-7 major decision against senior Dakota Quick at 133 pounds.

Colton Rex then battled hard at 141 pounds, wrapping up a 6-2 decision in the third round against freshman Robert Zelinski and increasing its advantage to 13-0.

Josh Paisley added more bonus points to the Blue Jays' total (18-0), securing the 18-2 technical fall against freshman Cloby Spencer in 5:46 at 149 pounds.
After a forfeit by King's at 157 and a loss at the 165, the score stood at 24-3 in favor of the home team. Sophomore
Hunter Beaudet put the Blue Jays back in the win column with a technical fall (16-0) over sophomore Nick Palazzolo in 3:41, making the score 29-6.
With the score sitting at 35-6 heading into the final bout, freshman
Keegan McCord put an exclamation point on the match, pinning junior Issac Santiago in 51 seconds to give Elizabethtown the 41-6 victory.
The Blue Jays wrap up the regular season on Friday, Feb 14, on the road against Messiah. First match is set for 7 p.m.
