Connor Moffatt was named Landmark Conference Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the third time this season, announced by the organization Monday afternoon.
The Mountville, Pa. native finished the week averaging 16.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game. In the Blue Jays 70-68 victory over the Royals, Moffatt tallied 18 points, 12 coming in the second half, and 12 rebounds to help Elizabethtown to the momentous win. He also extended his double-double streak to six games after the conference clash on Saturday.
Moffatt is currently second in the Landmark in scoring (18.1 ppg) and field goal percentage (56.1%) and is third in rebounding (10.4 rpg).
The Blue Jays hit the road on Wednesday, Feb. 5, taking on Catholic. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
