ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – The Elizabethtown College men's basketball team fell to Drew, 92-75, on Senior Day Saturday afternoon.

With the loss, the Blue Jays fall to 11-11 overall and 4-8 in the Landmark, while the Rangers improve t0 18-5 overall and 9-3 in league play.

Senior Connor Moffatt registered his eighth double-double in his last 10 games, scoring 13 points and adding 12 rebounds. Classmate Bryce Greene finished with a team-high 17 points while freshman Wyatt Hockenberry (16) and freshman Dylan Rowe (10) both also finished in double figures. Senior Ethan DuBois dished out nine assists.

Senior Riley Collins scored a game-high 30 points with 10 assists and six rebounds for Drew. Sophomore David Gervase came off the bench to pour in 18 points for the visitors.

Drew quickly ran out to a 12 points lead in the opening five minutes, going up 14-2 after a layup by freshman Howard McBurnie, Jr.

Elizabethtown climbed back within six (18-12) after DuBois found Fitzpatrick for two points with 12:02 on the clock.

The Blue Jays continued to close as Greene drove the lane for the layup, making the score 23-19 with just over eight minutes remaining in the first.

The Rangers however increased its lead back to double digits, taking a 33-23 advantage into the locker room.

The visitors continued to hold a double digit through the first part of the second period, before Elizabethtown brought it back within seven (50-43) after Fitzpatrick completed a three point play from the line with 12:21 remaining in the game.

Drew, however, took control of the game from this point forward, pushing its advantage to as many as 21 points, completing the 92-75 victory.

The Blue Jays shot 39.7% (27-68) from the field and 30.4% (7-23) from three. The Rangers were 35-66 (53%) overall and 14-34 (41.2%) from beyond the arc.

Elizabethtown closes out the home portion of its schedule on Wednesday, Feb. 19, against Juniata. Opening tip is set for 7 p.m.
