ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- The Elizabethtown College men's tennis team went up against Lebanon Valley on Tuesday at the Alumni Courts in non-conference action. The Dutchmen won the match 7-2.
Lebanon Valley (5-4) took the first two points from doubles as Ben Hinkley and Luke Senft won at No. 3 and Blake Martin and Elliott Kleckner took No. 2 from the Blue Jays.
Tyler Spinello and
Nick Strobel salvaged a point in doubles play by beating Reed Morris and Justin Schuetz 8-5 at No. 1 doubles.
It was all LVC in the singles matchups as the Dutchmen won five of six.
Colby Martin was the lone winner for Elizabethtown (1-4) in singles with a 6-3, 7-6 (7-3) victory at No. 4.
The Jays are at Susquehanna on Saturday, March 30 at 1 p.m. for a Landmark Conference matchup with the River Hawks.
