Men's tennis vs. Messiah suspended due to rain

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- Thursday afternoon's Elizabethtown men's tennis match against Messiah was halted after doubles due to steady rain and slick court conditions.

The Falcons won all three doubles matches before play was stopped.

Elizabethtown came closest to picking up a point at first doubles, where Alex Machalick and Connor Martin fell to Tim Dunn and Connor Graybeal, 8-5.

The teams are currently searching for an alternate date to complete the match. Once resumed, only the six singles matches which had not yet begun, will be played.

Also, Thursday, Elizabethtown announced that its matches Saturday at Scranton have been moved to Sunday, April 2, at 1 p.m. Consequentially, Sunday's home doubleheader for the men and women against Millersville has been postponed. No makeup date for the Millersville match has been announced.
