ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- Senior Nathan Dowling picked up the Elizabethtown men's tennis team's lone point in an 8-1 Landmark Conference loss to Drew at the Alumni Courts Saturday afternoon.

Dowling evened his singles record at 3-3 on the season with a 6-4, 1-6, 10-6 victory over Kevin Shulca in a super tiebreaker at No. 5.

The Blue Jays (2-4, 0-1 Landmark) were unable to do much else with the red-hot Rangers, who won for the 11th time in 12 matches.

Drew captured all three doubles matches by similar 8-2 scores and won the top four singles flights in straight sets.

Sophomore Nick Strobel, playing No. 6 singles, took Bryce Weizer to a super tiebreaker, but came out on the wrong side of a 6-4, 3-6, 10-6 result.

Elizabethtown heads to Annville on Sunday afternoon to make up its match with Lebanon Valley at 1 p.m.
