Men's tennis cancels trip to ITA regional

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- Elizabethtown College men's tennis announced Friday that it has cancelled its trip to the ITA Southeast Regional Championships this weekend.

With rain in the forecast for Saturday, the Blue Jays opted not to make the three-to-four hour trip south to the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Elizabethtown is in the process of trying to secure a non-conference match with Penn State Harrisburg, but nothing has been finalized at this point. The Jays are also scheduled to compete at Shepherd, Sunday, Oct. 9.
