Jays' Landmark semifinal series at Moravian postponed

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – The Elizabethtown College baseball team's best-of-three Landmark Conference semifinal series at Moravian has been adjusted due to drenching rains Friday. Games 1 and 2 of the series, scheduled for Saturday, May 7, have been postponed to Sunday.

The third-seeded Blue Jays (23-17) and second-seeded Greyhounds (21-19) actually finished the regular season with identical 14-7 conference records, but Moravian won 2-of-3 over E-town in their head-to-head series.

Game 1 is now scheduled for noon on Sunday, May 8, to be followed by game 2 at approximately 3 p.m. If necessary, the teams would play the deciding game 3 on Monday, May 9.

Tickets for tomorrow's games can be purchased at Moravian's Gillespie Field. Prices are $5 for adults, $3 for non-Landmark students and seniors (62+), and FREE for Landmark students/faculty/staff (with ID) and youths (10 and under).
