WASHINGTON -- Freshmen Sadie Hawkins and Sara Lingo put forth four-win afternoons as the Elizabethtown women's swim team won all 14 events Saturday in a commanding 196-52 non-conference dual victory at Gallaudet.

Hawkins teamed with Dru Schneider, Karlie Kimball and Erika Cole to win the 200-yard medley relay in 2:05.61. The Blue Jays (1-2) also took second in the meet's opening event, which was a constant theme throughout against the Bison (0-3).

E-town took the top two spots in 11-of-14 events and finished 1-2-3 in five.

The first of those 1-2-3 finishes came in the 1000 freestyle, where senior captain Mariselle Parisi won with a career best time of 12:24.77. Katie Derreth (13:07.89) was second and Sarah Alps (13:20.61) third. Derreth and Alps each swam season-best times.

Lingo won her first of three individual events in the 200 free with the team's top time of this young season, 2:08.92. The victory came by nearly 10 seconds. Cole placed second and Molly Templin third.

Lingo, of Milford, Delaware, got right back in the pool to capture the 100 backstroke in 1:06.83, ahead of teammates Megan Anderson and Alps. It marked Elizabethtown's third straight 1-2-3 of the day.

Schneider put down a season-best 1:15.90 to win the 100 breaststroke and Hawkins cruised to victory by more than 54 seconds in the 200 butterfly (2:45.13).

Cole sprinted to the win in the 50 free, establishing a season quick time of 27.04, a week after doing the same (27.11) at Goucher. Kimball was second in the event.

In a hotly contested 100 free, Hawkins nailed down her second individual win and third overall, by outlasting teammate Maddie Ripley. Hawkins touched in just ahead of her fellow classmate 1:02.51 to Ripley's 1:02.75. Jennifer Lakey gave the Jays a sweep of the top three.

Kimball emerged triumphant in the 200 back with a time of 2:29.00, while Anderson was second.

Another win was in the cards for Schneider in the 200 breast, where the junior set the team's top time this season with a 2:49.12. Parisi was just 0.77 off the win, registering a 2:49.89, for second.

Derreth had her best swim of the season in the 500 free, a 6:21.40, to lead Templin and Alps in a 1-2-3.

Hawkins' final win of the afternoon came in the 100 fly, where she posted a 1:11.67, while Hope Sury placed second.

Lingo finished the meet with back-to-back wins, first claiming the 400 individual medley in 5:04.73 and besting her former PR of 5:05.32, set back on Oct. 22, vs. York. She then helped the 400 free relay team to victory in 4:11.24, leading off ahead of Cole, Anderson and Parisi.

The Blue Jays return home next Saturday, Nov. 12, to face Catholic at 1 p.m.
