ANNVILLE, Pa. – A goal by Kelsey Boehmer in the 26th minute gave Elizabethtown College a 1-0 victory over Lebanon Valley College in a Commonwealth Conference women's soccer match on Tuesday afternoon.

Boehmer scored at 25:11 as she gathered a loose ball in the box and shot to the low corner for her third goal of the season, giving the Blue Jays (7-7-0 overall, 3-1-0 overall) the victory over the Dutchmen (6-9-1 overall, 1-4-0 Commonwealth).

Elizabethtown generally controlled the action in the match, finishing with a 12-5 advantage in shots while taking all three corner kicks. The teams combined for 22 fouls in the contest, including 17 in the second half.

Jess Manchak finished with two saves to earn her fourth shutout of the season for the Blue Jays, while Sami Young made four stops for the Flying Dutchmen.
