Sophomore Jeremy Rieth won a pair of heavyweight matches Friday night to help the Blue Jay wrestlers knock off No. 15 York (Pa.) and No. 19 Messiah. Rieth broke a 19-19 tie against the Falcons by picking up a 3-1 sudden victory decision over Charles Jones in the final match of the dual.

In the nightcap against York, the Philadelphia won by decision against d3wrestle.com Honorable Mention grappler Mike Spencer by the exact same 3-1 score, though that match didn't go to overtime.

Rieth is currently 18-3 on the season and ranks third on the team in wins.
