Joe Renzi was a vital part of the Blue Jay men's basketball team getting out a 2-0 start in 2013. In Thursday evening's 77-76 win at Gwynedd-Mercy, the Abington native tied a career-high with eight assists and also snagged two steals. Saturday, in an upset of Albright, Renzi, a senior guard, scored nine points and hit the boards for a career-high seven rebounds.

Renzi, who is averaging better than four assists per game (4.4), has totaled five assists or more in 5-of-11 games this season.
